This complaints procedure is exclusively applicable to complaints under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz [LkSG]) addressing ethical or environmental issues along the supply chain, such as inappropriate working conditions, environmental pollution, or human rights violations. Please note that each complaint is treated anonymously and is processed as a self-contained case. Therefore, describe the situation as clearly and in as much detail as possible (file attachments are possible).
